為了適應和促進旅游業(yè)發(fā)展需要，培養(yǎng)和輸送高端旅游行業(yè)人才，務實創(chuàng)建行業(yè)教育示范基地，近日，世界酒店聯(lián)盟和河北旅游職業(yè)學院正式簽訂《框架合作協(xié)議》，雙方就如下方面進行強強合作：
一、世界酒店聯(lián)盟積極協(xié)助河北旅游職業(yè)學院完成“河北旅游大廈”啟動運營工作；
二、河北旅游職業(yè)學院成為世界酒店聯(lián)盟副主席單位；
三、河北旅游職業(yè)學院特聘世界酒店聯(lián)盟主席、國際旅游與酒店聯(lián)合總會執(zhí)行主席、泛旅文化集團董事會主席吳軍林先生擔任學院顧問；
四、雙方在河北承德合作成立“吳軍林文旅國際產(chǎn)業(yè)學院”和“吳軍林文旅國際產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究院”，并共同利用“河北旅游大廈”打造“文旅國際產(chǎn)業(yè)示范基地”和“世界酒店聯(lián)盟中國華北教育示范基地”等綜合體項目；
五、雙方在共同舉辦的重要活動和整合資源投資合作的重大項目進行積極參與和大力配合支持，特別是世界酒店聯(lián)盟體系舉辦的“文旅國際峰會”、世界酒店論壇、五洲鉆石獎頒獎盛典活動，以及“吳軍林文旅國際產(chǎn)業(yè)學院”、“吳軍林文旅國際產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究院”項目落戶投資合作等方面工作；
六、雙方第一個合作十年期內(nèi)必須在文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)項目合作和資源整合等方面要有重大突破，并利用世界酒店聯(lián)盟體系的“上海泛旅文化傳播”、“泛旅（北京）國際文化傳播”等“文旅”企業(yè)進行實際的旅游職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)務落地工作；
七、雙方還就共同感興趣的資源整合、旅游教育峰會、河北旅游宣傳推介、文化和教育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展集團平臺組建等諸多方面進行了洽談合作，雙方的合作得到了承德市委市政府和河北省有關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導的高度贊許。
世界酒店聯(lián)盟體系和河北旅游職業(yè)學院牽手合作將是“中國旅游教育和文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)合發(fā)展”的一個重要事件。
Great Cooperation--The Formal Contract WHA System and Hebei Tourism Vocational College Officially Signed
In order to adapt and improve culture tourism industry, to cultivate and provide qualified talents for tourism and to build a demonstration base for tourism education, the WHA and Hebei Tourism Vocational College formally signed a framework cooperation agreement recently, both sides make cooperation on the following aspects:
1. World Hotel Association actively assists Hebei Tourism Vocational College to complete the start-up operation of "Hebei Tourism Building";
2. Hebei Tourism Vocational College become the vice - chairman unit of WHA.
3. Mr. Wu Junlin, President of the WHA, Executive Chairman of the FIHOTO and Chairman of Pan Tourism Culture Group, was especially appointed by Hebei Tourism Vocational College as the consultant.
4. The two parties jointly set up the "Wu Junlin International Culture & Tourism Industry College" and "Wu Junlin International Culture & Tourism Industry Development Research Institute" in Chengde, Hebei and jointly built the “Culture & Tourism Demonstration Base” and “WHA Educational Demonstration Base of North China” taking advantage of "Hebei Tourism Building".
5. Both sides should support and actively participated in important activities jointly held and major projects of resource integration and investment cooperation, especially the WHA system such as "Culture & Tourism International Summit", “World Hotel Forum”, and “Continental Diamond Awards” as well as the project settlement and investment of Wu Junlin International Culture & Tourism Industry College" and "Wu Junlin International Culture & Tourism Industry Development Research Institute” and other works.
6. During the first ten years of cooperation, both sides must make significant breakthroughs in cooperation and in cultural tourism projects, resources integration. Make use of “Shanghai Pan Tourism Culture Group" and " Beijing Pan Tourism Culture Group " of the WHA system to carry out practical business on tourism vocational industry.
7. The two sides also held talks and cooperation on resource integration, tourism education summit, Hebei tourism destination publicity and promotion, and the platform establishment of culture, education and tourism industry development group. The cooperation between the two sides was highly valued by leaders of Chengde municipal government and Hebei relevant departments.
The cooperation between WHA and Hebei Tourism Vocational College will be an important chapter of "Combination of China Tourism Education and Cultural Tourism Industry".
河北旅游職業(yè)學院簡介
河北旅游職業(yè)學院坐落于世界歷史文化名城、著名的旅游勝地——河北承德，是一所省屬公辦全日制普通高等學校。學院占地700畝；總建筑面積21.18萬平方米，設(shè)有12個系，開辦33個�？茖I(yè)，有全日制在校生8000余人，成人教育在籍生4000余人。
學校前身為1950年建校的熱河省農(nóng)林高等�？茖W校。2006年6月經(jīng)河北省人民政府批準，由原承德旅游職業(yè)學院和原承德職業(yè)學院合并組建而成，2010年確定為省重點建設(shè)的示范性高等職業(yè)院校。

承德是河北省省轄市，處于華北和東北兩個地區(qū)的連接過渡地帶 ，西南與南分別挨著北京與天津，背靠蒙遼，省內(nèi)與秦皇島、唐山兩個沿海城市以及張家口市相鄰，北部與內(nèi)蒙古赤峰、錫林郭勒盟相鄰。是國家甲類開放城市。

承德還是中國普通話標準音采集地，中國攝影之鄉(xiāng)、中國剪紙之鄉(xiāng)。2012年被評為中國“十大特色休閑城市”。 2016年11月，承德市被國家旅游局評為第二批國家全域旅游示范區(qū)。2017年10月，承德市入選國家森林城市。2017年12月，獲得“廁所革命優(yōu)秀城市獎”。
