Mr. Michael Ziemer, who has engaged on the hospitality industry for more than 24 years, is the current General Manager of Excelsior Hotel which is possessed and managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. He joined in Mandarin Oriental Hotel group and took the position of Floor Manager of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hongkong in 2003, then headed to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Munich to take the General Manager, and worked as the General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau at end of 2007. Before join in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Mr. Michael Ziemer was the manager of Ritz Carlton Hotel Hongkong, and he also worked in Saudi Arabia, German, Australia and Hongkong, accumulated rich experiences in hotel management.
