王建平（中國旅游飯店協會副會長、浙江飯店業協會會長、浙江世貿君瀾酒店管理集團總裁） 王建平，國家飯店專家指導委員會專家，浙江省飯店業協會會長，國家級飯店星級檢查員、2010版飯店星級標準的主要起草人。曾任浙江省旅游局行業管理處處長。多年從事飯店行業管理和研究工作，浙江工商大學研究生導師，上海財經大學等多家院校專業指導委員專家成員。主持起草了《家庭旅館》、《綠色飯店》、《星級餐館》等多部國內首創的飯店行業標準。
